It's been awhile since I've written. That doesn't mean that I
haven't been thinking though, because I have. The news that I get
from the TV is so depressing and biassed that I often don't watch it
at all. It's just constant bombardment by those news people about how
rotten Republicans are and Mr. Bush and his cabinet and the whole
administration that I could just puke! Even if you hear one time
about any Democrat doing something wrong, you never hear about it
again....only once in passing. Have you heard any more about that
black congressman who was caught taking a bribe on camera and had the
money stashed in his refrigerator - remember the FBI got a warrant
and searched his office and found it there?!
That stuff should still be news but it's not.... Now since the
last time I wrote, the CBS people have that "catfish" Katie Couric as
anchor to their nightly news. She hasn't changed since she was on
ABC. She is still salivating over the stories where people are in
agony. What a cull! Her segment "Free Speech" started with Rush
Limbough and from then on it seems to feature nothing but people
trying to tear the current administration in Washington, or our
country down. So, being that one conservative was on the program, now
she can call it legitimate I suppose. Hogwash! She clearly puts the
segments on that she wishes us to see and that will look bad for Mr.
Bush. That first time Mr. Limbough was on is now being used, as a
shill is used, to lure us to watch her propaganda. It doesn't work
with me....
I'm so sick and tired of all the garbage going on that it's a
wonder I can function at all. The Democrat's have no plan to do
anything except cut and run from the war in Iraq and Afghanistan and
turn our government over to the United Nations. The Republicans seem
to have a plan to fight the war on terror (at least some
conservatives among them do) but turn the country over to big
international companies. Which way do we ordinary people turn? Which
way do we turn to for a living? Which way do we turn to in order to
have a better country to leave for our children? What do we do?!
It's obvious that the Liberals want complete government
control of the people through Socialism. They want the government
to provide all for everybody and thereby control the populous
(meaning the regular Joe Smoe like you and me). The do
gooders among them under the guise of "help" will turn us all into
vegetables because they will help us do, become, live, or whatever
they think is good for us, in spite of ourselves (meaning
inspite what we think we might wish for ourselves.) Do they
ever consider the result of taking away people's inititive by
providing everything for them? Then again why would John Kerry or
Ted Kennedy or George Soros or any of the super rich wish to have
the government provide for us? Isn't it just so this will happen?
The people who are super rich have no desire to really help us,
they want to make certain that they can control us. We moved here
from Europe and England to get away from the serfdom and the King
and the rich landowners and now it's starting to happen here. We
are again becoming serfs or something like that. Debtors were sent
to Georgia from the English prisons to start that colony.... are
we headed that way again? After the new bankruptcy laws where
basically regular people can't go bankrupt anymore (really only
companies could benefit) it could be that we'll again have
debtor's prison in our future.
The same for the Republicans who are super rich. The only
difference there is that a portion of them still seem to have a
sense of loyalty to the United States - at least in regards to
terrorism. Perhaps only in that regard. They help send our jobs
overseas to where the labor is cheap (and the people live in
poverty) under the guise of "keeping the company afloat." We all
know that they are trying to break the unions. We also know that
those companies have their hands in many pies overseas and are not
going broke. It would be very interesting to see the real profits
they make on a worldwide basis. Mostly I'm talking about GM, FORD,
CHRYSLER and maybe Halliburton well not Halliburton because we
know they are an international company already. We already know
about the profits the oil companies are making. Why do the super
rich of this party wish to keep us on a almost poverty level here?
Isn't it to keep control of us? Probably the only reason they want
to fight the terrorism is that the terrorists can injure their
companies. Maybe they have no wish to put a cloth on their heads
and bow to Mecca? (I wonder about Ted, George, and John the
Democrat liberals....guess it doesn't matter to them.)
It seems that we have no where to turn. Even though the
economy is thriving, who's it thriving for? Big Business....and to
a lessor extent other business. Where do we fit into this? Really
nowhere. Yes, we can fight in Iraq, etc. we can be in the Army,
Navy, Air Force, and Marines but that's not much of a solution for
us except for self satisfaction. I work all the time on a steady
basis and can't afford to purchase a new car. Why is that? The
economy is great! House selling is booming, Stock Market is
booming, everything is well. Why am I so poor? Well, I'm not
being subsidized by the government for one thing. Many businesses
and companies large and small are being subsidized through grants
etc. by Uncle Sam. I'm a white male, I can't get a government
loan. If I was Latino, or Black, or a woman, or probably even an
illegal "immigrant" from wherever, I could get grants, loans
and/or help and much of that I'd never have to pay back or pay
taxes on. But as I'm a white Caucasian male, there is nothing for
me from the government. Well, I guess we can thank the Liberals
(and the ACLU) for that can't we. We have gotten tax breaks since
Mr. Bush has been president but who have they really helped? Big
companies of course, because we poor people have to spend that
money we don't have enough to save it. Oh yes, I know that it's
companies or business that hire people like me and pay them wages.
I appreciate that fact. But folks in today's world there is
something unseen going on.
What is going on that we don't see? One thing most folks are
getting so used to is that this country is now set up for a two
income per house family. If you are a single person you don't have
a big enough income to hardly get by. You pay the same for rent,
electricity, phone, etc. as two people do. You may pay as much as
a larger family might with only half the income. That's a biggie
that many of us don't consider. We have been trained to not think
of the difference between us and our parents. My parents were poor
but like most people of the time they got along fine on one
income. It no longer is true. The Liberals have torn the family
apart now enough that people no longer look at couples moving in
together in order to survive. When I was younger, you'd better be
married, but not anymore. Often it's encouraged to have your son
or daughter living with someone else....and it may be necessary in
order to pay the bills! Anyway, if you get pregnant, it's
encouraged to kill the baby. Don't you find this disgusting? How
did we get this way? Illegal's come across our border with no
intention of becoming citizens and work for less money and with no
medical benefits and send half their wages back to their own
country. They work cheaper and live in squaller in order to do
this and drive our wages down. Big business love this! Who that
owned a business hoping to make the best profit possible wouldn't
? But isn't it hurting our people and our country?
Well, we see the far left that wish for a world government and
wish to tear ours apart. We see the right where big business
rules. We see the middle of the political arena where folks try to
straddle the fence between changing our government, killing our
babies, attempting to protect our citizens from terrorists, and
allowing our citizens to start their own business. These people
just rebound between the left and right and really get nowhere.
They often vote for things they don't believe in hoping to get a
vote for something for their state or district or just simply
taking money to vote for something whether they think it's good or
not. Something is going on....what I don't know, but "we the
people" are losing power every which way we turn. I think the only
people who might possibly help could be the far right but though
these people care about our country and our citizens they are kept
without any real power. Everybody is afraid that they might
actually harm someone in a war. Afraid that they might actually
help our citizens and thereby the people have more power in the
country. I don't know the answer. I simply know that though the
country is booming, I can't buy a new car.
